2. Uses 1,2-O-dilauryl-rac-glycero-3-glutaric acid (6′-methylresorufin) ester
as Lipase Specfic Substrate.
3. Linearity : 220 U/L.
4. Measuring wave length 578 nm.
5. Two Step Kinetic Assay : 5 Sec Delay+ 120 Sec Measuring.
