INTENDED USE:
LiquiMAX Lipase Kit is use for the quantitative determination of Lipase in
human Serum and Plasma
Product Fearures:
- Two Liquid Reagents (5 parts R1+ 1 part R2).
- Uses 1,2-O-dilauryl-rac-glycero-3-glutaric acid (6′-methylresorufin) ester as Lipase Specfic Substrate.
- Linearity : 220 U/L.
- Measuring wave length 578 nm.
- Two Step Kinetic Assay : 5 Sec Delay+ 120 Sec Measuring.
