INDENTED USE: MaxLISA Dengue NS1 antigen ELISA is an in vitro enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative determination of Dengue NS1 antigen human serum and plasma.
Product Fearures:
- Mosquito-borne dengue virus (serotypes 1–4) causes dengue fever
- Prevalent in tropical regions with 50–80 million cases annually worldwide
- Primary infection causes flu-like illness with fever, headache, joint pain, and rash
- Secondary infection is more severe and can lead to DHF and DSS
- Severe cases may cause hemorrhage, circulatory failure, and high fatality rate
