INTENDED USE:
Kit is use for the quantitative estimation of Serum Glutamate Pyruvate
Transaminase (ALT) in human serum.
Product Fearures:

- No inhibitory intermediate products produced during the assay
- Results correlate with UV-kinetic method
- Calibrator is calibrated against WHO AST (E.C.2.6.1.2) enzyme calibrator
- For colorimeters only
- Can be used on any colorimeter and photometer
